Whether I’m supporting leadership, coordinating schedules, managing administrative needs, or helping create a calm and welcoming environment for clients and staff, I’m committed to ensuring everything flows with clarity and care. As a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I provide client-centered trauma informed care to individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health needs. With an extensive history in community mental health and substance use services, I offer a collaborative approach, meeting you where you are. As always, therapeutic interventions strive to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes healing, resilience and sustainable recovery.

Growing up in a third-world country, I witnessed firsthand the impact of limited access to mental health care, which shaped my commitment to advocacy and service. I am deeply passionate about supporting underserved communities and creating compassionate, affirming spaces where individuals can heal, grow, and reclaim their voices.

Hi, I’m Derrick Peyton, Director of Operations at Supreme Treatment & Recovery. I support our team in delivering high-quality, client-centered care by overseeing daily operations, compliance, and program development. I work closely with both clinical and administrative staff to keep things running smoothly, strengthen our systems, and support admissions and community partnerships. I’m passionate about creating a structured, supportive environment where both our clients and staff can thrive, and where lasting recovery is always the goal.

I take pride in being one of the first points of contact for clients and strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and respectful experience from the very beginning. I bring positive energy, strong leadership, and a team-focused mindset to my work, always aiming to elevate those around me. I am deeply committed to supporting our clinic by helping clients feel informed, valued, and confident as they take steps toward recovery.

I work closely with leadership and clinical staff to support smooth operations, maintain audit-ready records, and uphold OMHC and DBHDS standards. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, well-run environment where both clients and staff feel supported and set up for success.

Hi, I’m Taylor, the Director of Community Relations at Supreme Treatment & Recovery. My commitment to this work is personal — having witnessed firsthand the difference a safe, welcoming space can make in someone’s life, I understand deeply why stability and community are essential to healing. That understanding drives my passion for heart-centered leadership and walking alongside clients through the most pivotal transitional phases of their lives.

My focus is ensuring every residential experience is safe, supportive, and rooted in care that allows people to truly stabilize and grow. Through peer support, meaningful guidance, and connecting clients to the right resources, I am committed to bridging the gaps that so often slow progress — so that no one has to figure it out alone. At Supreme Treatment & Recovery, I am dedicated to helping every individual we serve grow upward and into the fullest version of themselves.
