As an outpatient clinical counselor with a background in clinical mental health counseling, I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to make meaningful and lasting changes. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique experiences and goals. By creating a supportive therapeutic environment and utilizing client-centered, trauma-informed practices, I help individuals strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and navigate their recovery journey with confidence and hope while working toward long-term wellness.

Bianca has an MA from Northwestern in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is an LPC-R with 6 years of counseling experience and almost 20 years in healthcare.  Bianca has worked in medical and psychiatric hospitals, private practices, substance abuse treatment centers, detention centers and more. These experiences have provided Bianca with access to a broad population of individuals with varying degrees of mental health concerns. Out of all the work Bianca has done substance abuse treatment has become a space near and dear to her as a clinician.  She is passionate about helping individuals navigate getting and staying sober. Her approach to therapy varies on a client to client basis but is always a reflection of where the person is in that moment. She strongly believes establishing rapport is a crucial part of the therapeutic process as this is where healing and connection form. Bianca enjoys utilizing several therapeutic modalities in treatment ranging from CBT to motivational interviewing because treatment isn’t one size fits all.
